Plan Details
$200/month
- Initial Consultation: Initial meeting to discuss your needs and my ability to meet your needs.
- Comprehensive Training Design: Detailed training plan delivered through TrainingPeaks. Updated weekly and modified as needed. Runs are structured by heart rate and bike rides by power. Downloadable workouts for use with Zwift, Garmin or other 3rd party apps.
- Ongoing Goal and Target Setting: Engage in ongoing and detailed goal and performance target setting, ensuring continual progress and focus. Assistance from race sign up to race on day. How to pack. How to schedule. What to schedule. Where to stay. How long to stay. When to get there. Where to go for check-in. Carry your stuff. Connect the dots from A to Z so you just show up and worry about racing.
- Form Analyses: Monthly option for run or swim video analysis in person or via video analysis.
- Unlimited Coach Access: No limits on how often you can contact the coach. We go to you how you want to communicate be it text, phone calls, FB messenger, IG DM’s, whatever works best for you!
- Exclusive Member Benefits: Access premium resources, including TrainingPeaks, partner discounts, and gear offers.
- Flexible Subscription: Once you become an STP athlete, you can shift from 1-on-1, monthly, off-season at any time that makes sense for your season.
- Data analysis and feedback: Have your workouts analyzed through TrainingPeaks and feedback delivered through TP comments.
- Injury Prevention and Treatment: Recommendations on how to address injuries and where to go for the proper help for athletes. Referrals to body mechanic analysis for human performance and musculoskeletal health. If you’re hurt, hurting or wanting to avoid being hurt, this is how you fix the problem instead of the symptoms.
- Gear Recommendations: Consultation on what gear to buy, where to buy it, and suggestions on how to get it for the best price.
- Nutrition and Hydration: Consultation to look over a diet plan and suggest improvements. I am not a registered dietitian, but we do work with some in the area who could also give athletes detailed meal plans.
