Consultation on what gear to buy, where to buy it and suggestions on how to get it for the best price.
Referrals to body mechanic analysis for human performance and musculoskeletal health. If you’re hurt, hurting or wanting to avoid being hurt, this is how you fix the problem instead of the symptoms.
Consultation to look over diet plan and suggest improvements. I am not a registered dietitian, but we do work with some in the area that could also give athletes detailed meal plans.
One-on-one training sessions for swim / bike / run / strength / etc.(additional fees my apply)
