What the state of affairs around the world here on March 19, 2020, everyone has been shaken up and schedule, routines and daily life has been flipped on it’s head.  I know for me personally, all pools and gyms around me are closed, as they should be, and I am home with the kiddos as their school had been cancelled for the rest of the 2019-2020 school year.  Not ideal.

To help you all out, I have been publishing videos explaining some of my dry land workouts I have given to athletes in the past to help when they were traveling or could not make it to the pool.  Check them out and hopefully they give you some options.  More to come!
